Features

1. Manufacturing and Material Compliance
   • High - pressure forging and world - class heat treatment are applied, meeting and surpassing API 6A Specification.
   • For 7500 Psi applications, materials like AISI 8630A (28CrNiMoA, 30CrNiMo) and AISI 4135 (35CrMo) are used. For 5000 Psi applications, AISI 4130 (30CrMo) is employed. Customized materials are also an option.
2. Traceability
   • Each forging has a heat identification number stenciled on it for quality control purposes, enabling easy traceability.
3. Material Testing
   • Materials are tested according to ASTM A 370 to ensure their quality and performance.
4. Non - destructive Testing
   • Ultrasonic testing (UT) per ASTM A 388 is carried out on each forging. This ensures that the forgings are free from cracks, inclusions, laminations, and other internal defects.
5. Pressure Rating
   • The product is rated for drilling operations with pressures ranging from 5000 PSI up to 7500 PSI, suitable for a wide range of high - pressure applications.
6. Superior Performance
   • The tensile, yield, Charpy impact, and elongation mechanical properties, along with temperature and corrosion resistance performance, exceed API standards, providing high - quality and reliable operation.
7. Long Service Life
   • It offers an extremely long service life that goes beyond API standards, reducing the need for frequent replacements and maintenance.
8. Interchangeability
   • It is fully interchangeable with major straight - type I - shaped fluid end module types rated at 5000/7500 Psi, facilitating easy integration into existing systems.
9. Customized Modification
   • At the customer's request, HNA can modify and upgrade the L - shaped two - piece 7500 Psi module of major pump models into a simpler and lighter I - shaped one - piece 7500 Psi module.

    • HNA - FE - M - I50: HNA Straight - Type, I - shaped 5000 Psi Fluid End Module.

Q:How can I place order? 

A: You can contact us by email or social media like WhatsApp on the order detail or place order on line. 

Q:How about the payment?
A: For new clients, advance payment(30%-100% of total amount) is required, the balance need to be paid before the delivery after your inspection.

Q:How can I pay you?
A: By T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or L/C (Letter of Credit). After you receive the PI, you can make the payment through your bank as per the terms mentioned in PI.

Q: What's the order procedure? 
A: First we discuss order details, production details by email ,TM or other social media; then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to make full payment or deposit before we go into production.After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. Depending on the products you order, we usuallyneed a couple of days or even moths to complete production if we don't have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we shall arrange the shipment for you.
