1. Manufacturing and Material
   • Forging Process: The product is manufactured through high - pressure forging.
   • Material Options: Standard materials used are AISI 4135 (equivalent to 35CrMo) and AISI 5140 (equivalent to 40Cr). Customized materials can also be selected as per requirements.
2. Heat Treatment
   • World - class heat treatment is applied. This ensures excellent mechanical properties such as tensile strength, yield strength, Charpy impact resistance, and elongation. Moreover, it enhances abrasion, temperature, and corrosion resistance performance, which exceeds API standards, thereby extending the service life of the product.
3. Precision Machining
   • World - class precise machining techniques are employed. High - precision machined dimensions are achieved, ensuring a close - tolerance fit and the best possible matching with the cylinder.
4. Surface Finishing
   • The surface is either high - frequency quenched or chrome - plated. This surface finishing provides high hardness (HRC 58 - 62), making it suitable for rugged well - service applications.
5. Pressure Rating
   • The product is rated for a maximum pressure of up to 20,000 PSI, indicating its suitability for high - pressure operations.
6. Performance Characteristics
   • It exhibits good corrosion and abrasion resistance, which contributes to its durability in harsh working environments.
7. Service Life
   • It has a long service life that exceeds API standards, reducing the frequency of replacements.
8. Interchangeability and Sizes
   • It is fully interchangeable with major plunger types. Available sizes range from 2.5 inches (63.5 mm) to 6.5 inches (165.1 mm).

Q:How can I place order? 

A: You can contact us by email or social media like WhatsApp on the order detail or place order on line. 

Q:How about the payment?
A: For new clients, advance payment(30%-100% of total amount) is required, the balance need to be paid before the delivery after your inspection.

Q:How can I pay you?
A: By T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or L/C (Letter of Credit). After you receive the PI, you can make the payment through your bank as per the terms mentioned in PI.

Q: What's the order procedure? 
A: First we discuss order details, production details by email ,TM or other social media; then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to make full payment or deposit before we go into production.After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. Depending on the products you order, we usuallyneed a couple of days or even moths to complete production if we don't have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we shall arrange the shipment for you.
