1. Module Structure Upgrade: One Piece I - Shaped to Two Piece L - Shaped
   • HNA's two - piece L - shaped fluid end modules are globally recognized for our world - leading high - pressure fluid end products technology. Our fluid end converting technology is supported by an excellent warranty and has been proven in applications across the global market.
   • The L - shaped two - piece fluid end has been approved by the market for over 40 years due to its significant structural improvement over one - piece modules. Since the suction module is separated from the discharge module, when the suction module wears out, it can be replaced independently instead of replacing the entire fluid end.
   • Additionally, replacing valves or seats on a two - piece module is much easier, safer, and faster compared to a one - piece module.
2. Pressure Upgrade: 5000 Psi to 7500 Psi
   • HNA has noticed that the market demand for 7500 psi drilling is continuously increasing, and more operators and contractors are aiming to complete wells more quickly and efficiently. HNA has the expertise and ability to convert the existing valve - on - valve 5000 Psi pump fluid end to a proven L - shaped two - piece 7500 Psi configuration.
   • A typical conversion package usually includes the upgrade of the liner retainer system, high - pressure discharge cross strainer, high - pressure discharge manifold, and 7500 Psi pulsation dampener, etc.

Q:How can I place order? 

A: You can contact us by email or social media like WhatsApp on the order detail or place order on line. 

Q:How about the payment?
A: For new clients, advance payment(30%-100% of total amount) is required, the balance need to be paid before the delivery after your inspection.

Q:How can I pay you?
A: By T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or L/C (Letter of Credit). After you receive the PI, you can make the payment through your bank as per the terms mentioned in PI.

Q: What's the order procedure? 
A: First we discuss order details, production details by email ,TM or other social media; then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to make full payment or deposit before we go into production.After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. Depending on the products you order, we usuallyneed a couple of days or even moths to complete production if we don't have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we shall arrange the shipment for you.
