1. High - Pressure Forged One - Piece Integral Valve Body
   • Constructed with a bottom guide (valve leg/wing) from AISI 8620 (20CrNiMo) steel. Customized materials are also available.

   • Ensures excellent mechanical properties such as tensile strength, yield strength, Charpy impact resistance, and elongation. It also offers temperature and corrosion resistance performance that exceeds  standards, resulting in an extended service life.

4. Design Advantage of One - Piece Forged Valve Body
   • Based on an extreme - pressure well service valve design, it meets the requirements of the most challenging drilling environments globally. The one - piece tough integral valve body with a tapered leg guide enhances the structural strength of the valve body, has a very high tensile strength for a longer operation life, and allows for a greater flow area while reducing abrasion and fluid velocity. This design offers superior strength, longer run - times, and cost reduction.

   • 4 - Wing, 3 - Wing, and custom - designed bottom - guide valve bodies are available to match 4 - web, 3 - web, and full - open valve seats. When pumping abrasive mud liquid, the tapered bottom - guide legs create a greater flow area and reduce fluid velocity, resulting in smoother flow, reduced abrasion, and an extended valve service life. The valve with a tapered bottom - guide legs design is more suitable for high - pumping speeds.

10. Insert Design for Sealing

• The precisely tapered design of the insert, which matches the seat, provides evenly distributed loading characteristics, ensuring better sealing performance. Double - angle 55°, 45°, or other specified taper designs are available to match different valve types, pump types, and applications.

• Compatible with  Valve Seat and Non -  Modified Valve Seat. When paired with the HNA valve seat, it offers maximum fluid flow and a longer service life due to the large metal - to - metal bearing area on the valve - seat surface.

Q:How can I place order? 

A: You can contact us by email or social media like WhatsApp on the order detail or place order on line. 

Q:How about the payment?
A: For new clients, advance payment(30%-100% of total amount) is required, the balance need to be paid before the delivery after your inspection.

Q:How can I pay you?
A: By T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or L/C (Letter of Credit). After you receive the PI, you can make the payment through your bank as per the terms mentioned in PI.

Q: What's the order procedure? 
A: First we discuss order details, production details by email ,TM or other social media; then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to make full payment or deposit before we go into production.After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. Depending on the products you order, we usuallyneed a couple of days or even moths to complete production if we don't have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we shall arrange the shipment for you.
