1. Outer Hull: Constructed from forged AISI 1045 (45#) steel with world - class heat treatment. Customized materials are also an option.
2. Internal Surface Enhancement:
   • Chrome - Plated Option: After precise machining and honing, the internal surface of the hull is chrome - plated and mirror - finished. This improves the hardness and abrasion resistance of the internal surface, making it suitable for large - diameter thin - walled liners. The chrome thickness ranges from 0.15 - 0.25 mm (0.006" - 0.01").
   • High - Frequency Surface - Treated Option: Alternatively, after precise machining and honing, the internal surface undergoes high - frequency surface treatment and is mirror - finished. This also enhances the hardness and abrasion resistance of the internal surface, ideal for large - diameter thin - walled liners.
3. Bore Hardness: The bore hardness measures between 58 - 62 HRC.
4. Drilling Pressure Rating: Designed to withstand drilling operation pressures from 5000 PSI to 7500 PSI.
5. Temperature Resistance: Can operate within a temperature range of 20 - 350°F.
6. Service Life: Offers a long service life that exceeds API standards.
7. Interchangeability and Sizes: Is fully interchangeable with major liner types. Sizes available range from 3 inches (75mm) to 8 inches (200mm).

Q:How can I place order? 

A: You can contact us by email or social media like WhatsApp on the order detail or place order on line. 

Q:How about the payment?
A: For new clients, advance payment(30%-100% of total amount) is required, the balance need to be paid before the delivery after your inspection.

Q:How can I pay you?
A: By T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or L/C (Letter of Credit). After you receive the PI, you can make the payment through your bank as per the terms mentioned in PI.

Q: What's the order procedure? 
A: First we discuss order details, production details by email ,TM or other social media; then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to make full payment or deposit before we go into production.After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. Depending on the products you order, we usuallyneed a couple of days or even moths to complete production if we don't have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we shall arrange the shipment for you.
