Product Parameters

Features: 

* The pump-motor package unit can be associated with different drilling rigs or workover rigs. It's driven by AC/DC motor. The transmission ways include belt, chain, gear, transmission shaft and other ways. The assembling and moving ways include the skid mounted type and the trailer-mounted type. This unit can be equipped with a rain-proof shed, sand-proof shed and winter-proof facilities according to the special requirements of the user.

* The pump-motor package unit is usually consisting of the following optional assemblies , detail configurations shall be optional and according to customer's request:

Mud Pump:

   Include: Power End Assembly, Fluid End Assembly, Suction & Discharge Manifold Assemblies, Lubrication Assemblies, Pulsation Dampener & Shear Relieve Assemblies, Liner Flushing & Spray System, Charging System, etc

Single set/ Double sets AC/DC Motor, depends on different pump model and input power 300HP-2200HP

Transmission System

Clutch Pneumatic, Belt, Sheave,Pinch Mechanism & Mounting Frames etc.,

 Or Chain, Gear, Universal Transmission Shaft etc.

Control Panel System & Electrical System

The control & electrical systems contain operation panel, electrical system and air control system, the panel is with air pressure meter, engine throttle, control valve for clutch and engine shut down valve etc.

The pump unit can achieve local and remote control, and installed the safety valve on the air system, easy for maintenance and running to the user.

Skid

The pump and engine could be mounted on one integral skid, or on two separate skids according to clients' request. Skid(s) could also be installed on the client's trailer.  In a two skid mode the two skids are connected by the V block which is easy for installation, disassembling and movement.

Crane

Crane with hand or electrical hoist and trolley will be equipped.

Air Tank

Air tank of minimum 0.8 m3 with necessary valve, lines and pressure gauge and safety release valve

Lighting System

Several flame-proof fluorescent lights could be supplied.

Tool Kits & Spare Parts

Tool kits for installation and assembling, and spare parts for half or one year usage could be provided.

Q:How can I place order? 

A: You can contact us by email or social media like WhatsApp on the order detail or place order on line. 

Q:How about the payment?
A: For new clients, advance payment(30%-100% of total amount) is required, the balance need to be paid before the delivery after your inspection.

Q:How can I pay you?
A: By T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or L/C (Letter of Credit). After you receive the PI, you can make the payment through your bank as per the terms mentioned in PI.

Q: What's the order procedure? 
A: First we discuss order details, production details by email ,TM or other social media; then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to make full payment or deposit before we go into production.After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. Depending on the products you order, we usuallyneed a couple of days or even moths to complete production if we don't have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we shall arrange the shipment for you.
