1. Manufacturing Processes and Material Specifications

• High - quality Manufacturing: High - pressure forging combined with world - class heat treatment is employed, which complies with and exceeds API 6A Specification.
• Material Options:
  • For applications with 7500 Psi, AISI 8630A (28CrNiMoA, 30CrNiMo) and AISI 4135 (35CrMo) are used.
  • For 5000 Psi applications, AISI 4130 (30CrMo) is adopted. Customized materials are also available.

2. Quality Traceability

• Each forging is stenciled with a heat identification number for strict quality control and traceability.

3. Material Testing

• Material tests are carried out in accordance with ASTM A 370.

4. Non - destructive Testing

• Ultrasonic testing (UT) is performed on each forging according to ASTM A 388 to ensure that there are no cracks, inclusions, laminations, etc.

5. Pressure Rating

• Rated for drilling operations with pressures ranging from 5000 PSI up to 7500 PSI.

6. Performance Superiority

• The tensile, yield, Charpy impact, and elongation mechanical properties, as well as the temperature and corrosion resistance performance, exceed API standards.

7. Longevity

• It has an extremely long service life that surpasses API standards.

8. Compatibility

• Fully interchangeable with major fluid end module types - L - Shaped 5000/7500 Psi.

9. Customized Modification

• HNA can modify and upgrade the I - Shaped module of major pump models into an L - Shaped module according to the customer's request.

Q:How can I place order? 

A: You can contact us by email or social media like WhatsApp on the order detail or place order on line. 

Q:How about the payment?
A: For new clients, advance payment(30%-100% of total amount) is required, the balance need to be paid before the delivery after your inspection.

Q:How can I pay you?
A: By T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or L/C (Letter of Credit). After you receive the PI, you can make the payment through your bank as per the terms mentioned in PI.

Q: What's the order procedure? 
A: First we discuss order details, production details by email ,TM or other social media; then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to make full payment or deposit before we go into production.After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. Depending on the products you order, we usuallyneed a couple of days or even moths to complete production if we don't have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we shall arrange the shipment for you.
