1. Material and Manufacturing

• Forged Construction: The bearings are forged, which enhances their strength and structural integrity.
• Standard Material: They are made of high - quality bearing steel AISI 52100 (equivalent to GCr15 in Chinese standards). Customized materials can also be used upon request.

• Top - class Treatment and Machining: World - class heat treatment and multi - spindle CNC machining are employed. These processes ensure that the product quality of the bearings exceeds API standard requirements.

• HNA - PE - BR - M: HNA Main Bearing. Each set for the crankshaft contains 2 pieces. It is available in a full range of sizes and specifications.
• HNA - PE - BR - P: HNA Pinion Shaft Bearing. Each set for the pinion shaft has 2 pieces and comes in all sizes and specifications.
• HNA - PE - BR - C: HNA Connecting Rod Bearing/Eccentric Bearing. Each triplex set for the bigger end of the connecting rod - crankshaft consists of 3 pieces and is offered in full sizes and specifications.
• HNA - PE - BR - H: HNA Crosshead Pin Bearing. Each triplex set for the smaller end of the connecting rod - crosshead pin has 3 pieces and is available in all sizes and specifications.
• HNA - PE - BA: HNA Bearing Assembly Parts, which include seals, retainers, gaskets, shims, housings, cages, screws, and bolts, etc. They are available in a full range of sizes and specifications.

FAQ

Q:How can I place order? 

A: You can contact us by email or social media like WhatsApp on the order detail or place order on line. 

Q:How about the payment?
A: For new clients, advance payment(30%-100% of total amount) is required, the balance need to be paid before the delivery after your inspection.

Q:How can I pay you?
A: By T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or L/C (Letter of Credit). After you receive the PI, you can make the payment through your bank as per the terms mentioned in PI.

Q: What's the order procedure? 
A: First we discuss order details, production details by email ,TM or other social media; then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to make full payment or deposit before we go into production.After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. Depending on the products you order, we usuallyneed a couple of days or even moths to complete production if we don't have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we shall arrange the shipment for you.
